Return & Refund Policy

Non-Defective Returns: Within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, you may return a product for a refund provided that the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been used, and remains in new or like-new condition. A restocking fee starting from 20% will apply, depending on the condition of the returned product.
Defective Returns: Within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, if the product has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a full refund. No restocking fee will apply.

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 30 calendar days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
  • The product does not match the original description in one or more significant respects.
  • The product suffers a performance failure due to a manufacturing defect.

Repair Policy

You may request a repair within the warranty period under the following conditions:
  • Main products: 6 months from the date of receipt if the product does not match the original description in one or more significant respects, or if the product suffers a performance failure.
  • Accessories: 3 months from the date of receipt under the same conditions as above.
Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, crash, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear inherent to FPV racing and freestyle activities.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping on orders of $49 USD and up.
Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur, particularly for items that are temporarily out of stock.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Domestic Orders: Orders shipped within China are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
International Orders: Orders shipped outside of China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for all such charges, which are collected by the customs authority once the shipment reaches the destination country.
Customs Clearance: Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. FalkxFPV has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and required clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
